Who are we?

We are a “Triple A” rated company with our registered office in Karlstad, Sweden.

Are we an authorized Giorgio Fedon distributor?

Yes, we are an authorized distributor for Giorgio Fedon 1919 Watches.



Do we hold all watches in stock?

Yes, all watches are normally held in stock. If a situation should occur were the watch you have ordered is sold out, your card will not be charged.. We will contact you to see if you would like select an alternative model or wait until your chosen watch becomes available again.

I have just placed an order for a watch it is now saying it is out of stock

When you place an order, the stock level for that watch will be automatically reduced. Therefore, if you purchased the last of a certain model then the site will show it as sold out. However, you will receive your watch but it will no longer be available for the next to shop.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. We start to process order as soon as they are received, however, you have the right to return a product due for any reason up to 14 days after the order is placed. Please see our returns policy.

I have not received an order confirmation

Always be sure your email address is correct as an incorrect address is the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation. It may also be that your email provider has a spam filter that has blocked our emails.  If you are still unable to find it, please login to your account and view your order or contact customer service to check that it has been processed successfully.



Which cards can I use for payments?

You can pay with any VISA or MasterCard credit or debit card.

Can I pay an invoice instead?

If for some reason you are not able to pay with your card, please contact us and we will arrange an alternative payment method.

Is it safe to pay by card?

Yes, it is very safe. Payment transactions are handled by our service provider ePay who are certified in accordance with the strict Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and Swedbank in Sweden. All sensitive information relating to you and your order is encrypted and secure and we do not store any card information.

How can I be sure you will send me the product after payment?

When we receive your order, we reserve the amount on your card, however we do not collect the amount from your card until your order is ready to ship.



How much will delivery, shipment cost?

All of our products are shipped for free anywhere within Europe.

Do you ship the watch in a box?

Yes, we ship all watches in a luxury and elegant box along with a user manual and warranty certificate. An image of the box can be seen along with each watch.

How do you send me the product?

For Scandinavia and most European countries, we will send your order via registered mail with your national mail company. For other countries we may choose to send your order using a courier.

How do I know you have shipped the product?

You will receive a mail containing shipment information and (where available) a tracking reference number as soon as the product has been shipped.

What do I do if I don’t receive any shipment confirmations?

Firstly, log into your account online and view your orders for further information, however if you have not received any shipment confirmation around 3-4 working days after purchase, please contact us.



Can I return the product if I want to exchange it, or if I just change my mind?

Yes, you can return a product regardless of the reason within 14 days after the purchase and receive a full refund. However, we would ask that you follow our returns procedure that is described in our terms and conditions.

How do I get my money back?

Assuming our returns procedure has been followed, we will refund the amount back to the same card you used to place the order within 2-3 working days.



Do I get any warranty?

Yes, all our watches come with a 2 year limited international warranty.

 Payments and shipments to Norway, Iceland, Greenland, Åland and Switzerland

All prices include Swedish VAT at the rate of 25%. However, for deliveries to these countries (that are outside of the EU), the VAT amount will be automatically deducted from the price.  We will attach the necessary documentation to ensure that the standard customs and duty procedures can be followed in each of these countries.
